In order to support the health, hygiene, and education of girls PLUM has designed an empowering lesson on menstrual health and hygiene and has also developed a PLUM Kit.

What Does Dignified Menstrual Health & Hygiene look like?

A video made by PLUM illustrating "The Ideal Day" for a menstruating teenager in a typical high school environment. This video was submitted to DCA Nepal's short film competition about dignified menstrual health and hygiene.
